TLR to distribute Medi-fridge
In 2011 TLR Energy begins distributing a solar-powered, portable Medi-fridge to remote locations without access to electricity in South Africa. This is one of TLR Energy's many humanitarian efforts, teaming with clinics and handling logistics, to bring an energy source and medicines to people in need, thereby improving their lives.

Recommended for Teachers for grades 6-12

In this one-day workshop, we will address a number of environmental topics, such as carbon and water science, renewable energies, and how human populations relate to their environment, all in the context of economics. Teachers will have the opportunity to modernize their curricula by incorporating cutting-edge technology and environmental theory, courtesy of the nation’s leaders in the fields of natural science and renewable energy. In addition, attendants will be endowed with educational tools such as portable solar panels, green energy literature, and complementary wind energy feasibility studies for their home institutions. The program will close with a tour of The High Line, a shining example of New York City’s inventiveness in the field of environmental sustainability.
